There are many approaches to pain management & pain relief (releif if you got here via google for wrong spelling, thank you!) … I’m grateful to have come across a few proven methods that actually have deliverability/absorption with great effectiveness!

Topically, I’d highly recommend the Real Time Pain Relief product; and internally either Osteo Pro Care or Flexeo Plus by Life Force.  The latter being higher dosages of the MSM, Glucosamine & Chondroiton.  Additionally, or really…first & foremost, change your coffee to low acid, ganoderma coffee or tea by Gano Excel.  The healing properties and anti-inflammatory effects of the reishi mushroom are phenomenal for MANY ailments.  These 4 together are not only effective in relieving the pain, but also repairing damaged tissue.  They’ve both been Doctor  (Chiropractic, Traditional MD, & Naturopaths)  recommended for years!
